While we can't offer a guarantee that any living being will never get sick, we stand behind our puppies with a Health Warranty that protects both you and your new puppy.
Our Health Warranty
Comprehensive protection in two parts
Part 1
Protection Against Illness Upon Arrival
We ensure that our puppies leave our care healthy and free from contagious diseases. To offer peace of mind, we ask that you have your new puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 96 hours of receiving them.
If your vet determines the puppy is seriously ill:
- You may return the puppy for a full refund of the purchase price
- A written statement from your veterinarian is required
- We will cover the cost of the puppy's return shipping
Important Notes:
- • Veterinary fees are not reimbursed
- • Shipping costs are non-refundable
- • We adhere strictly to the 96-hour limit
- • Weekend/holiday vet availability is not an exception
Part 2
Protection Against Genetic Defects
We are committed to the long-term health of your puppy. If your puppy is diagnosed with a serious genetic defect or congenital disease before the age of 2 years, we will provide a replacement puppy.
Conditions Covered:
- Life-threatening heart defects
- Degenerative nerve diseases
- Conditions affecting longevity or quality of life
Conditions Not Covered:
- Mild heart murmurs
- Allergies or conditions that do not affect quality of life
Note: We may ask for a second opinion from a veterinarian, which we will cover at our expense. We aim to work closely with you to ensure your puppy's well-being.

If you're unable to pick up your puppy in person, we offer a convenient VIP Nanny Delivery Service. Your puppy can be hand-delivered either to the airport of your choice or directly to your home by a trusted, professional Pet Nanny, ensuring a safe and stress-free journey.
